Super and Sparkly chests has a limited number of dropping possibilities, 65536 to be exact, some of the drop patterns include high runes. Magic find does not have any effect on chests, but player count does.

Faster Hit Recovery allows you to quickly recover after having been hit. Without Faster Hit Recovery items, when a character is hit, it will be stunned and will simply stand in place until able to move again.
If multiple monsters are attacking at once, the character may remain continually stunned until it dies. With Faster Hit Recovery items, characters can quickly return to combat after being hit.
Faster Hit Recovery items stack, they can significantly reduce the length of time a character is stunned.

Faster Block Rate increases the speed of Blocking. When a character makes a successful block, they must perform a full blocking animation before they can resume combat, Faster Block Rate reduces the length of this delay.

Crafted Items have 3-4 Fixed Properties, and 1-4 Random Magical Properties depending on the item level.

At ilvls 1-30, there's a 40% chance of 1 affix and a 20% chance each of 2, 3 or 4 affixes.
At ilvls 31-50, there's a 60% chance of 2 affixes and a 20% chance each of 3 or 4 affixes.
At ilvls 51-70, there's an 80% chance of 3 affixes and a 20% chance of 4 affixes.
At ilvls 71+, there's a 100% chance of 4 affixes.

To determine which pre- and suffixes can spawn on the Crafted Item, the affix level has to be calculated.
All pre- and suffixes with a level up to the calculated affix level can spawn on the Crafted Item.
The basis for the calculation of the affix level is the item level.
The ilvl of a Crafted Item is equal to half the level of the crafting character (rounded down) plus half the ilvl of the input item (rounded down).

Example:
Blood Weapon Recipe - Chacater lvl 78, Berserker Axe qlvl 86
Crafted Item iLvl = int(.5 * 78) + int(.5 * 86) = 81
ilvl is less than qlvl therefore the final affix level is

The item level of the jewel are irrelevant.
